TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The access card is valid for the year 2025 only.
  • Cards are not refundable at any stage after purchase.
  • Cards will allow for 2 adults and 4 children.
  • There are only 380 cards available.
  • You may only purchase ONE card per person. Multiple orders will be deleted.
  • Collection dates from the Reef Café Bar are from Wednesday, 22nd January (after online purchase) to Friday 7th February 2025 thereafter cards will be forfeited. Unless prior arrangement is made.
  • No cards will be handed over without proof of payment and online order number.
  • Lost card: R200 for a reprint.

To avoid disappointment, call ahead on 083 401 1128 and book your family or guests in to gain access to the swimming pools as only a limited number of cardholders will be allowed in on any day.

Present your card at reception/security on arrival with all other family members or guests to enable reception staff to check you in – No Physical Card means No Access.

The card is not transferable and so may not be used by anyone other than the cardholder.

There will be no access during all school holidays, dates will be provided below. The resort may limit access at any time if the pool deck is too crowded.

There will be no access to the resort on South African Public Holidays.

The restaurant is open to the general public but only cardholders may use the swimming pools and pool deck areas.

Always keep your card on your person and present it to Breakers Resort staff if asked to do so.  Anyone refusing to present their card or abusing any staff member in any way will be asked to leave the premises and the access card will be permanently confiscated without reimbursement.

Pools and pool deck areas open at 9 am and close at 5 pm.

Pool Deck Etiquette

Please bring your own towels.

This is a Holiday Resort and the pools are strictly for recreational use only. Training in any pool is not permitted at any time.

Loungers and umbrellas are reserved for Breakers Resort guests, and so are subject to availability.

Loungers may not be reserved with towels or personal effects if you leave the premises.

Smoking is not permitted on the pool deck.  There is an indoor smoking room available for your convenience.

Children under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. Please do not leave children unattended at any time.

NB: Access cards may be confiscated without compensation should our terms and conditions not be adhered to.

Exclusion Dates

  • All public holidays
  • Term one: 29th March to 7th April 2025
  • Term Two: 28th June to 21st July 2025
  • Term three: 4th October to 12th October 2025
  • Term four: 13th Dec card closes.

Food and Beverage

Only food, snacks and beverages ordered from the restaurant may be consumed on the pool deck, under the tent or anywhere else in the resort. Food, beverages, water bottles, cooler boxes or picnic baskets are not allowed to be brought onto the premises. Restaurant service on the pool deck is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

Exclusions

This card allows access to the swimming pools, lawn and deck areas, Seating at the bottom heated pools are prohibited and reserved for residents only. All other facilities such as the gym, miniature golf, the trampoline, braai facilities, childminding, children’s activities and activity centre, bingo, magic shows or any other activities etc., are for Breakers Resort residents only.
